XBRL validation and export

Annual accounts to the Chamber of Commerce are submitted in the XBRL format, a digital format for exchanging financial information. This format is not easy to read for people and this information is often checked manually.

With this validation solution it is possible to have the annual accounts automatically checked for errors and missing information. In addition, the XBRL file is converted to Word, so that it can be distributed internally and adapted to your own company style. Here are the steps to get this done:

1. Click on upload above and upload the digital version (xbrl) of the annual accounts.
2. Order the desired solution based on the type of annual statement.
3. Within 3 days the Word files are ready in a secure environment, both with and without control.
4. If necessary, adjust the annual accounts so that they match your own design for internal distribution.
