Titus Langeveld helps organisations with AI applications, process automation and setting up reporting and monitoring. As an experienced IT consultant, technical project lead and owner of InnoKube AI Automation, he combines more than twenty years of ICT experience with a solid understanding of business processes. Titus analyses processes and data flows and identifies where automation and AI genuinely add value. Technology is not a goal in itself: he chooses improvements that fit within an organisation’s existing systems and day-to-day practice.

Managing IT projects, migrations and software selections

As a technical project lead, Titus guides organisations through software selections, tenders and migrations to Microsoft 365 and the cloud. He oversees the entire process: from vendor selection and preparation to execution and rollout.

Projects:

• Migration of three data centres and 1,200 mailboxes to Microsoft 365 at an international wholesaler.
• Guidance of a European tender for outsourcing office IT at a government organisation, including contract management and management of external suppliers.
• Set-up of a cloud environment with an external supplier and migration to Microsoft 365 at an educational foundation.

Setting up digital environments with reporting and monitoring

Titus designs and implements digital workplaces using tools such as Microsoft 365, Intune and Defender. He also sets up reporting and monitoring, so organisations have day-to-day insight into performance, management and security — not only when something goes wrong.

• Set-up of Microsoft 365, Azure AD and Intune for a foundation with thousands of end users.
• Development of automated AI-driven SEO reports for SME websites.
• Introduction of system and security monitoring at a large container terminal, enabling disruptions to be detected earlier.
