Prepare your Pillar Two GIR with confidence
The GIR Pillar Two Quick Input Toolkit helps tax and reporting teams prepare an OECD GloBE Information Return in a guided Excel workflow. Collect group data, generate official GLOBEXML, and validate your filing before submission—without needing specialist schema knowledge.
From group data to validated GIR XML
-
Guided Excel input — Work through clearly labelled sections, editable cells, dropdowns, and OECD guidance comments.
-
Live completeness checks — See
OK, MISSING, OPTIONAL, and REVIEW statuses as you prepare your data.
-
Excel-to-XML conversion — Generate
GLOBEXML directly from the completed workbook.
-
Schema and business-rule validation — Run XSD checks and automated OECD status-message rules, with Dutch BIA strict mode available.
-
Digipoort-ready preparation — Prepare Dutch filings for the Tax Administration/WUS, including RSIN and message-type support.
-
Operational workflow options — Add HTML reporting and SharePoint automation for collaborative, repeatable filing processes.
Choose your input workflow
-
Excel template input — Use the structured GIR Quick Input workbook to collect data in familiar Excel sheets. Templates include labelled sections, dropdowns, validation guidance, and a practical workflow for preparing data across multiple contributors.
-
Web input — Enter and review GIR information directly in the browser through a guided interface. The web workflow provides section-by-section navigation, visible completion status, validation feedback, and a central view of missing or review items.
Both workflows are designed to help you move from prepared group data to a complete, validated GIR filing. Choose Excel when your team works primarily in spreadsheets; choose web input when you prefer a guided online workflow and centralized review.
